Empowering Recovery and Building Resilience

At Nicasa, we’re here to make a difference, removing obstacles and creating a clear path toward a healthier, more supported recovery. Our Deflection and Harm Reduction program is dedicated to providing support and practical resources for individuals and families across Lake County.

What We Offer

  • Immediate Access to Resources

With our staff, we connect individuals to essential services such as shelter, food assistance, clothing, and more, ensuring no one faces challenges alone.

  • Pathways to Treatment

We guide individuals to inpatient and outpatient treatment options, helping them find the right fit for their journey toward recovery.

  • Life-Saving Tools and Education

Our team provides free access to Naloxone and substance test strips. We also offer education on recognizing and responding to overdoses, empowering families and community members to help when it matters most.

  • Community Support and Education

Through workshops and outreach, we bring awareness to substance use disorders and harm reduction, increasing understanding and reducing stigma in our communities.

What is Naloxone?

A life-saving, opioid overdose reversal drug that is safe, effective, and available to anyone in the community for FREE.

Our Commitment

We aim to foster trust and provide a non-judgmental space where individuals feel supported. Join us in building brighter futures—one life at a time.
