The Executive Order signed 3/20/2020 by Governor, J.B. Pritzker, states the following:

Mental health and substance use providers ARE essential healthcare operations, and residents are permitted to leave their homes for these services.

Nicasa Behavioral Health Services wants all individuals and families seeking services to know about this information. We will continue to keep our doors open.

In order to keep you and your family safe and to reduce the spread of COVID-19, Nicasa has temporarily introduced new agency visitation restrictions. If you do not feel safe or comfortable attending your appointment, please contact (847)546-6450 to reschedule. 

Please do NOT come to a Nicasa location if:

  • In the past 14 days, you have traveled to a country for which the CDC has issued a LEVEL 2 or 3 travel designation?
  • Have had contact with any person who is showing symptoms for COVID-19 within the past 14 days, OR with anyone with known COVID-19?
  • Have any symptoms of a respiratory infection?

Please postpone your visit for 14 days and immediately call (847)546-6450 for additional instructions.  For Bridge House visitors call (847)662-4124.

Like all of you, Nicasa Behavioral Health Services is concerned about the presence of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Illinois and its potential effect on our staff, children in our care, the individuals and families we serve, and people we work with in the community ever day.
