Nicasa Client Care Coordination Services: TREE Program

Care Coordination is available exclusively to current Nicasa clients while in treatment. A follow-up interview is required 30 days after case closure.

Service connection, advocacy, education, and support for any Nicasa client seeking to focus on their recovery and mental well-being. We offer free, bilingual services (in English and Spanish) to support you in achieving stability and discovering what recovery means for you.

We provide:

  • Direct communication with Nicasa’s clinical treatment team
  • Advocacy and referrals to community service providers
  • Support and resources for problem gambling
  • Guidance for family members and caregivers
  • Coaching to help you advocate for yourself
  • Connection to recovery communities
  • Assistance with Medicaid and insurance enrollment
  • Help with accessing primary healthcare and medication management
