Nicasa must abide by very strict rules regarding confidentiality from HIPAA and 42CFR Part 2. All client records and treatments are confidential. Clients must sign a release in order for staff to disclose any information to anyone.

Nicasa will abide by the law and will only provide this information to certain law enforcement agencies if they have a court order and subpoena for the requested information.

Approximately 1 ½ – 2 hours.

Approximately 2 weeks. The originals are automatically sent to court; if you need additional copies after picking up your copy there is a $25 processing fee.

Yes, we do not ask for this information and it is not a requirement of treatment.

If you are coming to Nicasa for DUI services, the number of hours depends on what “level” you are assessed at based on your history and drug/alcohol use.

Contact the county where you were arrested. Nicasa cannot guarantee your county where you received the DUI will accept Nicasa services.

You must bring the following documents to your evaluation.Driver’s abstract for “court purposes” obtained from any Secretary of State facility
Notice of Summary of Suspension and/or Sworn Report (a white piece of paper that was issued at the time of your arrest)
Copies of all tickets issued at time of arrest
