The needs of our communities continue to be complex. The ongoing opioid epidemic along with the deadly effects of fentanyl and difficulty fulfilling basic needs, in addition to restrictive changes to social-safety programs, like SNAP, HUD, and Medicaid, that affect access to food, medical and behavioral health care, and housing, are creating increased challenges for people throughout Lake County. With the continued support of people like you, we are able to continue serving more than 4,000 people each year, and we thank you for your support.

Our golf outing has something here for everyone! We have various sponsorship levels, multi-foursome discounts, unique silent auction items, and more.

*NEW FOR 2026 – All Foursomes now include the pre-paid card for ALL golfers. This includes: 2 Hole-In-One, 2 longest drive, 2 longest putt, and closest to the pin contests, Free-For-All Putt Toss, door prizes, and Stroke Of Luck wheel to take strokes off your highest score. This cost has been included in the price of foursomes and applicable sponsorship levels and is the only pricing change (no other cost increases have been passed on to our attendees).

**NEW FOR 2026 – The Mid-Morning/Early Afternoon meal has been updated to be choice of small bites and snacks with a voucher value of up to $20. This includes non-alcoholic beverages.
