ROUND LAKE STUDENTS LEARN YOGA

 

Yoga is a great way to exercise your body and quiet your mind.  Yoga has been proven to reduce anxiety and stress.  In our technology-centered lives, it is important for kids to disconnect for a while and yoga is a great way to do that.  Any body of any fitness level can participate in a yoga practice.  Nicasa’s after school program participants were treated to a yoga class by certified yoga instructor Philip Keith.  Many thanks to Mr. Keith and Nicasa staff member Amy Kinzie.
